  1. Does Shipesy own or operate trucks?

No. We are a broker, not a carrier. Shipesy Auto Hauler’s LLC does not own or operate any trucks. We arrange transportation services with qualified carriers on your behalf.

  1. How are shipping prices calculated?

All quotes are estimates based on current market conditions, fuel prices, distance, and carrier availability.
Final prices are confirmed once a carrier is assigned. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Inoperable or oversized vehicles
  • Modified vehicles
  • Remote pickup or delivery areas
  1. When do I pay for my shipment?
  • A non-refundable deposit is required once a carrier is assigned.
  • The remaining balance is paid upon delivery directly to the carrier by cash, cashier’s check, or money order.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but cancellation terms depend on timing:

  • Before carrier assignment: Full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
  • After carrier assignment but before pickup: A $100–$200 cancellation fee applies.
  • After pickup: Cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  1. How does vehicle pickup and delivery work?

We offer door-to-door service whenever possible.
If your location has access restrictions (e.g., narrow roads or low bridges), pickup or delivery will occur at the nearest accessible area.

At pickup:

  • A Bill of Lading (inspection report) will be completed.
  • You or your authorized agent must be present.
  1. What insurance coverage is included?

All carriers we work with are FMCSA-licensed and insured.
If damage occurs during transport:

  • Note it on the Bill of Lading at delivery.
  • Remove all personal items, as neither Shipesy nor the carrier is responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
  • File a claim directly with the carrier’s insurance company.
  • Shipesy Auto Hauler’s LLC is not responsible for vehicle damages.
  1. Are pickup and delivery dates guaranteed?

Pickup and delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or mechanical issues
  • Driver scheduling changes
  • Shipesy is not liable for delay-related costs (e.g., rental cars, hotel stays, or missed deadlines).
  1. Can I change my pickup or delivery address?

Before carrier assignment: Free of charge.

After carrier assignment: A surcharge of $100 or more may apply, depending on distance and carrier availability.

  1. What happens if I’m not available for pickup or delivery?

If you or your representative are unavailable:

  • Additional storage or rescheduling fees may apply.
  • Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 7 days may be considered abandoned, and related fees will be your responsibility.
  1. Will I receive updates during my shipment?
  • Yes. By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails regarding your shipment.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Standard data and message rates may apply.
  • You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to a text or unsubscribing from emails.
  • Shipesy Auto Hauler’s LLC follows TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act compliance standards.
  1. Are carriers independent from Shipesy?

Yes. Each carrier operates as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for transport operations, safety, and compliance with FMCSA regulations.

  1. How are disputes handled?

All agreements are governed by California law.
Disputes are resolved through arbitration under American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
Any legal action must be filed in the State of California.

  1. Can these terms change?

Yes. Shipesy Auto Hauler’s LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
